簡單速成烤雞

1X全雞
2X洋蔥
2X胡蘿蔔
1X芹菜
10X蒜瓣(粉碎)
橄欖油
10G混合香料
檸檬x3
月桂葉x2
黑胡椒和鹽。

1 將橄欖油及香料淋至切碎的蔬菜上並放入烤盤
2將檸檬1個切片,並加入五個蒜瓣把它放在烤雞裡面
3將1個檸檬打成汁,將剩下蒜瓣搗成蒜泥,香料,和100毫升加入大料胡椒及鹽的橄欖油。倒在雞的一半,然後將雞在烤箱約40分鐘,四十分鐘後後倒入剩下的橄欖油,再將雞烤20-30分鐘,然後用叉子戳,直到有肉汁出來為止。

Easy Roast Chicken

1x whole chicken
2x onion
2x carrots
1x stick celery
10x garlic cloves (crushed)
olive oil
10g mixed herbs
lemonx3
bay leaf x 2
black pepper and salt.

1. Take a baking tray and put all the vegetables in the bottom (roughly chopped) cover in olive oil and herbs.

2. Slice 1 lemon and put it inside the chicken with 5 crushed garlic cloves
3.In a small bowl mix 1 x lemon juice, the rest of the crushed garlic, herbs, and 100 cc of olive oil with lots of salt and pepper. Pour half over the chicken and then place the chicken in the oven for around 40 minutes, after this time pour the rest of the olive oil on the chicken and bake for another 20-30 minutes until chicken juices run clear when prodded with a fork.
